Lamoille Home Health and Hospice is a non-profit, Medicare-certified, home health care agency delivering services to residents of Lamoille County. Care is provided to adults who need in-home assistance, rehabilitation, long term care, or end-of-life care, as well as to critically ill children and to vulnerable young families.
