Description
Provides assessment and treatment for opiate addiction. Services include screening intake, assessment, treatment planning, medically supervised withdrawal, counseling services, case management and referral, medical services, discharge planning, and follow-up. Free Narcan is distributed anonymously through a vending machine located outside the Health Center. They also have an Opioid Rescue Kit in front entry. It is accessible 24/7 with Narcan and a rescue breathing mask for emergencies.
