Provides comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services for women from puberty through the post-menopausal  years. Services include well-woman exams, contraception, pregnancy and delivery services including midwifery services, pregnancy and childbirth education, as well as breastfeeding and post-partum support services. Services may also include menopausal and post-menopausal management services and urogynecology services.

Grace Cottage Hospital is an acute care community hospital, serving southern Vermont. GCH provides 24Hour/7Day physician staffed emergency room services, diagnostic imaging, general medical care, hospital-based outpatient services, disease specific treatment,  pediatrics, mental health, podiatry, as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Also provides a community wellness center and a full-service retail pharmacy open to the public.
