Description

Provides wellness information to community members that may include the following: activity and exercise, stress reduction, disease-related support groups, chronic disease self-management, fall prevention, CPR and first aid instruction. Provides Healthier Living Workshops for individuals living with chronic diseases and long term health issues to improve their health and well-being through participation in group exercise activities and health education classes.
