Provides consumers with a forum to resolve car warranty problems. Offers educational information about the law, frequently asked questions, and the process of arbitration. Consumers may file a Demand for Arbitration to request a hearing after demonstration of reasonable repair, which is usually three unsuccessful attempts or 30 cumulative calendar days out of service within the manufacturer's express written warranty.

Provides repaired used vehicles to eligible individuals and families.

Provides used automobiles to persons with limited income and accepts both monetary donations and donations of automobiles in good working order.

Receives and sells items no longer needed by state government, including office furniture, computers and related equipment, vehicles, and a variety of other items. Sells vehicles by auction.

Provides up to $5,000 for 25% of the cost of a used fuel-efficient car. Requires participants to take the MileageSmart Skills Workshop. Program lists lenders who offer low-interest vehicle loans for fuel-efficient cars. Eligible cars are rated at 40 MPG or higher.
