Provides funding for vehicle repairs required to pass the emissions portion of the annual state inspection. Funding is for vehicle emissions systems repairs, covering up to 50% of the vehicle's fair market value, with a maximum of $2,500.

Provides emergency financial assistance for rent, electrical, fuel and limited auto repairs.

Provides up to $75 (paid directly to vendor) for job and education related needs, including car repair, registration, insurance, work-related tools; uniforms, fees, and assistance with tuition and textbooks for persons in college or training that is likely to increase the chances of the person obtaining employment.

Provides modest emergency financial assistance, for expenses such as gas cards, heating fuel, minor car repairs, rent, and other utility bills.

Provides funding which includes assistance for utility shut-offs, security deposits, back rent, fuel assistance, car repairs for vehicles needed for work and/or medical appointments and livability-related home repairs for veterans who are homeowners. Other services include individual advocacy, information about other service providers, connecting combat veterans with PTSD to services, as well as helping to obtain a service animal.
