Assists with applying for or updating insurance and financial assistance programs to purchase medications, dental treatment, and/or necessary medical equipment. Also assists with applying to programs for household needs that may affect health, such as food assistance, fuel assistance, and/or housing assistance.

Provides financial assistance for those who could not otherwise afford medical, dental, and health and wellness-related treatment and expenses. Provides assistance for mental health providers, vendors, and service agencies, as well as for medical equipment and supplies, hearing aids, eyeglasses, and prescription medications.

Offers financial assistance for expenses such as medications, medical equipment and supplies, transportation, private care or respite care, nutritional support, clothing, and prostheses.

Provides direct financial assistance in the form of grants to either assist with medical bill payment, costs of transportation to treatments and therapies, purchase of medications and medical care needs, and other unexpected expenditures. The grants may also be used to meet regular household expenses during a time when a medical emergency disrupts the ability to budget for all expenses.

Assists families with financial support for respite care and unmet medical expenses.
