Provides non-emergency, long-distance ground transportation to financially disadvantaged patients needing charitable travel to medical treatment. Depending on funding availability, supplies gas cards and commercial bus or Amtrak train tickets. Does not normally handle trips within a local area or community, but some exceptions may be made.

Arranges volunteer medical flights in the greater Northeast region as far west as Ohio and as far south as Florida. Provides free flights to patients receiving medical care for acute or chronic healthcare conditions. Trips also may be for diagnostic and follow-up care. Compassion flights are provided on a case-by-case basis.

Provides air medical transportation information and referral service to help financially needy patients access long distance specialized medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Provides an initial screening of a medical patient's needs and determines the most suitable means of travel for that patient.

Provides free commercial flights to life-changing medical care not available in a patient's local community, as well as second opinions and FDA-approved clinical trials if they meet criteria. Provides flights to child patient and up to two parents/legal guardians; Flights for adult patients are provided for the patient and, if medically necessary, a caregiver. May request flights as many times as necessary. Also offers free flights to train/retrieve a service dog.

Provides non-emergency air transportation in private aircraft by volunteer pilots so children and adults may access lifesaving medical diagnosis and treatment. Provides flights of compassion by helping family members reach critically ill, injured, or dying family members.

Provides air and ground medical transportation to help veterans access long-distance specialized medical evaluation, diagnosis, and/or treatment. Also provides transportation for service dog acquisition. Does not normally handle ground transportation trips within a local area or community, but some exceptions may be made.

Offers assistance to families who need to travel for childhood cancer treatment. Funds for domestic transportation and lodging accommodations are available to eligible families who meet program criteria.

Provides non-emergency air transportation in private aircraft by volunteer pilots to patients who need to access medical care. Also provides transportation to family members who need to travel to visit injured service members.
