Provides free integrated physical/mental health care services, including physical health examinations, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, diet and nutrition counseling, smoking cessation, and dermatology. Complimentary health services include health education, massage therapy, chiropractic care, and naturopathic care. Application and enrollment assistance is also provided for state health insurance programs, hospital and pharmaceutical patient financial assistance and medications.

Provides acute and chronic health care, routine physical exams, certain immunizations, physical therapy and chiropractic services, and prescription assistance. The program also provides limited mental health counseling, lab and x-ray, and healthcare case management. Provides patient referrals to other health and non-health services, and has an insurance assister on staff who can help enroll patients and community members into an insurance plan through Vermont Health Connect.

Provides individual and family health care through natural practices and treatments. Services include naturopathic medicine, physical therapy, acupuncture, and chiropractic care. Primary care is limited to people who live within one hour from Westminster, Vermont.

Offers in-home massage and compassionate touch. Massage therapists work with all stages of all cancers, and support clients from diagnosis through chemotherapy, radiation, surgery and other treatments. Also works with clients through remission or end of life.

Provides a wellness and recreational center that includes traditional, complementary, and alternative healing therapies such as aromatherapy, massage, acupuncture and more. Recreational center also includes video games, a gym, meeting and study spaces, and a large communal kitchen.
