Repairs homes in partnerships with eligible families. Projects include essential interior and exterior minor repairs that make a home safer, healthier, and more accessible. Among other minor repairs, they build ramps.

Provides trained staff with crews of volunteers to work in partnership with low income homeowners to provide urgently needed general carpentry repairs on homes, i.e. roof repair, accessibility ramp construction/installation, and floor repair.

Provides volunteer workers who complete home repairs at no cost to homeowner twice each year on a first come, first served basis dependent on meeting program requirements and available funding and volunteers. Program focuses on one-day projects including painting, caulking, plumbing, electric, roof repair, step repair and replacement, and access ramps. They are generally unable to service emergency repairs.

Renovates and repairs homes in partnership with eligible families. Projects may include essential minor repairs, accessibility projects, painting, landscaping, and basic weatherization measures to make homes safer and more energy efficient.

Provides volunteer assistance to individuals who are in need of general household repairs and cannot afford to have paid contractors repair their homes.

Provides a list of resources for older adults living at home. Resources include medical equipment loans, volunteer, minor home repair assistance, and referrals to service providers.

Provides crews of volunteers to provide repairs to heating systems and other damage to owner occupied single family homes. Also provides information and resources to meet gap recovery needs.
