Assists youth who are experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis. As a community alternative to psychiatric hospitalization, provides crisis stabilization, comprehensive clinical assessment, individual and family treatment, and discharge planning in a residential, staff secure facility.

Provides a crisis stabilization program that is an alternative to hospitalization, located in a home-like residential setting. Supports individuals experiencing a psychiatric crisis, in a therapeutic environment that offers 24/7 staffing and medical oversight. Also provides respite stays.

Provides a residential hospitalization diversion program for children and adults that provides on-site psychiatric, nursing, and mental health services for individuals experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms that put them at risk for inpatient hospital care. The program is located in a residential area rather than in a medical facility or hospital, and provides one-on-one support services to persons in crisis.

Provides service coordination, family supports, shared living arrangements, residential crisis services, respite support, community supports, employment supports, personal care services, medical coordination, psychiatric services, medical in-service and care-giver training, and financial management.

Provides a peer-hosted, mental health crisis respite housing program as an alternative to psychiatric hospitalization. Offers non-clinical treatment and programs in a safe, mutually supportive and empowering environment, with primary emphasis on self-directed healing. Program is voluntary.

Services provided include short-term, out-of-home care in a staff-secured setting with the following supports: 24/7 therapeutic staff supervision, evaluation of acute mental health status, treatment and discharge planning, psychiatric assessment, medication management, intensive care coordination, and on-site comprehensive educational services.

Provides crisis services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including short-term stays in a crisis residence. Provides psychiatric and psychological consultations to families and teams supporting those individuals.

Provides a crisis stabilization and hospital diversion program. Also provides crisis respite to help individuals with psychiatric disabilities to remain in the community and assists clients who are leaving an inpatient setting to transition back into the community.
