DULCE is a program in which a Family Specialist is placed at Lamoille Health Pediatrics to proactively address social determinants of health to promote healthy development of infants from birth to six months of age and provide support to their parents. A Vermont Legal Aid lawyer advises families on their legal rights to meet their basic needs.

Offers an annual weekend bereavement camp for individuals who have experienced the death of a loved one. Activities at the camp can include: recreation, crafts, campfires, waterfront activities, and small group sessions to provide strategies to adults and children in coping with grief.

Family Supportive Housing (FSH) provides intensive, customized, case management services to families that present with a higher degree of complexity and service need.
