Provides drop-in parent-child interactive play programs with parent education and support, including Family Play Program with ESL classes for caregivers, projects to promote cross-cultural relationships, and a summer gardening/outdoor education component. Others include Early Months, for mothers and babies during the first few months after birth and Crawlers, Waddlers & Toddlers, for parents and early toddlers. Parenting classes are periodically offered. Additional workshops for adults also are available, including occasional computer literacy classes. Provides snacks and lunch.

Provides a range of programs for fathers, including drop-on to connect with other dads or get support from staff while enjoying coffee and snacks (Dads' Drop-in), a playgroup and dinner for dads and their children (Dads' Night), and individualized case management to help fathers work towards goals around parenting, getting basic needs met, and navigating systems (Dads Matter Case Management).

Dads Group is a unique program designed to equip fathers with the self-awareness, compassion, and sense of responsibility that every good parent needs.

Offers a free hot meal and opportunities to learn new skills to help them achieve their goals as fathers. Dads can learn new ways to manage stress and take care of themselves, or just come and spend time with their child.

Offers a monthly check in via Zoom for fathers and masculine-identifying caregivers to connect and converse with one another.

Offers playgroups designed specifically to allow fathers and masculine-identifying caregivers to connect with one another while engaging in healthy play with their children. Groups have met at local playgrounds, coffee shops, the Winooski Family Center, and Fletcher Free library.

Offers a statewide warmline for fathers and masculine-identifying caregivers to reach out to whenever they need someone to talk with.

Offers a recovery program for individuals who struggle with substance use. Provides an opportunity to meet other individuals who are working hard to stop using substances and support each other as parents. The program offers the opportunity to form close relationships with peers and recovery coaches that can support them in developing a healthy lifestyle that is rewarding and free from substance use.

Helps new fathers adjust to parenting and life in the United States. Provides support and resources about parenting to all fathers.
