Informs and assists Vermont employees, employers, and members of the public regarding the laws related to, and best practices for, preventing sexual harassment and workplace discrimination.

Provides limited emergency funds for a variety of needs, after all other available community resources have been exhausted. All payments are one-time only. Mortgage payments are not covered.

Provides job skills training, financial literacy workshops, English literacy classes, career support, and support meetings devoted to the challenges facing mothers in the United States. Also Coordinates a mentor network linking Burlington community professionals with aspiring women.

Provides grants for services such as dentures, hearing aids, heating fuel and utility bill payments. This is NOT an emergency program as the application process takes time.

Provides a faith-based, residential rehabilitation and long-term recovery program.

Provides support for planning, launching, and sustaining small businesses in Vermont.

Offers a program where trained volunteer women (mentors) provide support to women reintegrating to the community after incarceration.

Provides transitional housing to men and women leaving incarceration and transitioning to the community. Dismas is a supportive community and substance-free environment where former prisoners and students live together with volunteer involvement from the greater community.
