Provides patient-centered physical and mental health care delivered by a team of primary care and mental health clinicians. Services include acute injury and illness treatment, mental health and substance abuse counseling, free/low cost medications, financial assistance, and confidential HIV and other STD testing. Also provides consultations and eligibility support for State and Federal Benefits and low-cost drug manufacturer discount programs.

Provides shelter services to persons experiencing homelessness.

Provides a daytime drop-in center that offers refuge from the streets, as well as access to COTS Housing Navigators and the Homeless HealthCare project. Offers noontime meal daily and annual Thanksgiving and Christmas meals. Also provides shower and laundry facilities.

Provides a broad selection of recreational opportunities and leisure time activities. Also offers Community Shower Program, free access to shower facilities for people without housing.

Provides temporary shelter for pets during times of crisis and transition, maintaining pet owner's confidentiality, in partnership with homeless, domestic violence, and other local human services organizations. Services include sheltering, feeding, vaccines, and spay/neuter surgery.

Provides free temporary housing and care for animals in emergency situations (e.g. domestic violence, homelessness, and medical issues). If a pet owner is suddenly hospitalized or displaced by a house fire, for example, Upper Valley Human Society can take care of their pets so that they don’t have to surrender them. Emergency boarding is for a two-week period and can sometimes be extended, depending on the situation. Offered on a case-by-case basis due to limited capacity.

Provides tarps, tents, sleeping bags/blankets, warm clothing, hand warmers and shelf stable foods. Also offers a space for washing up. Will provide start-up items like small household items, bedding, toiletries, and clothing for those leaving homelessness and setting up a home. Assists with accessing community services and resources including flood recovery.

Provides temporary emergency shelter and supportive services. Drop-In Center open during administrative hours with access to laundry machines, showers, hygiene products, phone/computer and a temperature-controlled environment. Additional shelter services and hours are available depending on extreme weather and staffing. Allows well-behaved pets.

Provides shelter services to persons experiencing homelessness.

Provides clothing vouchers for low income children and adults. Also provides vouchers for basic, essential furniture and household goods to low income households who have experienced a disaster or who are moving out of homelessness and have no household furnishings. Vouchers are redeemable at HOPE's resale store.

Offers shower facilities, various material goods, and limited laundry vouchers. Assistance including service coordination.

Provides a free laundry event to help individuals experiencing homelessness. A full load of clothes can be washed and dried on site.

Provides non-emergency surgical and dental care for companion animals in need.

Supports individuals who do not have a safe home environment for recovery and recuperation with services focusing on medical, mental health, and substance use related needs.

Connects people experiencing both mental health issues and homelessness with existing services and resources. Based on an Intentional Peer Support approach. Provides access to a mental health therapist if desired.

Provides free temporary boarding and medical services, including mandatory spay/neuter, for pets of people experiencing housing challenges, admitted to a treatment center, or who are experiencing temporary homelessness.

Provides a rental subsidy program in support of acquisition and maintenance of stable, adequate housing. Program participants must receive case management from an approved services provider.
