Encourages caregivers to practice good self-care and assists them in learning about resources that provide respite and enhance caregiving. This program also uses teaching strategies to reduce the stress of caregiving, work successfully with challenging behaviors, and develop good boundary-setting skills.

Provides peer mentorship, short-term mental health counseling, and small, virtual groups for individuals new to caregiving, and experienced caregivers. Offers evidence-based therapeutic groups to family caregivers as well as resources and referrals on family caregiver issues such as legal assistance and respite care.
