Provides information about child care providers, such as when they became licensed, if they are accredited or have a STARS rating, and if they've had any licensing violations in the past year. Also provides a way to voice a concern about a provider (for example, they are unregulated, there is lack of supervision or too many children, unqualified or not enough staff, inappropriate guidance and discipline, unsafe environment), or make a formal complaint about a child care provider.

Advocates for the creation and implementation of a unified early childhood education workforce with clearly defined roles, sensible pathways to enter and grow within the profession, and professional level wages and benefits, all within a supportive state infrastructure. Advancing as a Profession is Vermont's workforce-led initiative in the national Power to the Profession (P2P) collaboration.
