Designed to support active military, veterans, and families of military/veterans with confidential, trauma-informed mental health care, provided by clinicians who understand the unique challenges faced by those who have served, including PTSD, transition stress, and substance use. Services include individual counseling, crisis intervention, care management, and support to find additional community resources.

Provides confidential peer-to-peer support. Also hosts a web-based collection of educational, motivational, and informational videos, offers referrals, and performs ongoing follow-up as necessary. Staffing is primarily by veterans.

Provides information on small business ownership to service members, vets, and their families, including “Introduction to Entrepreneurship” classes known as “Boots to Business” and "Boots to Business-Reboot." Also offers business counseling, technical and financial skill development, business assessments, and one-to-one mentoring. Provides assistance and training on a range of topics, including funding options, business plans, preparation of loan request packages, and business expansion approaches.

Provides a wellness and recreational center that includes traditional, complementary, and alternative healing therapies such as aromatherapy, massage, acupuncture and more. Recreational center also includes video games, a gym, meeting and study spaces, and a large communal kitchen.

Provides prevention and rapid re-housing assistance for Veterans and their families to help them obtain or retain stable housing. Program includes needs assessment, intensive case management, and financial and housing counseling. May also provide referrals to, and assistance with, other Veteran benefits and programs in the community.

Provides resources and community connections to individuals living with paralysis, whether through combat-related, service-related, or non-service related events.

Provides complaint resolution to the public, as well as purchase and protection tips, business and charity reviews, consumer purchase planning trends, and customer reviews. The organization also provides the BBB Military Line for retired, active, and reserve military consumers and their families. Services include consumer education, financial education, and dispute resolution.

Provides individualized, comprehensive care to Veterans who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless through a dedicated call center and chat services, and a Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Coordinator.

Offers education, support, and empowerment to individuals who are seeking services for a Veteran to help them access needed mental health or substance use care.
